Q. Can I change or cancel an order?

   A. When an order is sent to us from, we are generally unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "Place Order." You may contact us if you wish to make a change. However, due to the above, we cannot guarantee your order will be changed. If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order.


Q. What is the minimum number of items I need to purchase in order to get better pricing? 

   A. Our standard pricing assumes that you will be ordering under 50 units per item. There are price breaks for quantities 50-99, 100-199, 200-499 and 500+. With that said feel free to call in to a team sales specialist to find out the pricing options for your product. 


Q. How quickly can you get me my gear? 

   A. Screen printed items will be deliver 10-14 days from when art is approved and payment is submitted. Dye Sublimation orders can take up 6-7 weeks depending on the quantities. With that said we have the capability to rush order for an added fee. Rust orders can be completed in 2-3 weeks. If you are in need of a rush order we suggest speaking to an A-Line Athletics Team Sales Specialist to confirm the rush option is available for the products you need.


Q. What are A-Line Athletics customer service hours? 

   A. M-F 10am –5pm EST. E-Mail is definitely the easiest and quickest way to get in touch with us. E-Mails are typically responded to within a couple of hours during business hours. Phone calls could take 24-48 hours for response.


Q. What is G.E.T. FIT?

   A. Generatrix Endurance Technology (G.E.T. FIT) is our specially developed polyester material that moves with your body and wick moisture away keepig you felling light and comfortable; increasing your performance. G.E.T FIT is offered in 3 styles; G.E.T FIT Mesh, G.E.T FIT Stretch and G.E.T FIT Armour.


Q. Do you offer youth and women's apparel? 

   A. YES! A-Line Athletics offers every size YS-Adult XXXL. Youth Small can fit a child as small as 4 years old. We also carry a line of women’s apparel. Our women’s line is continually growing so be sure to ask your A-Line Athletics Team Sales Specialist if any new products have been introduced to our line.


Q. Do you offer stock uniform options? 

   A. No we do not.


Q. What is dye sublimation?

   A. The basic dye sublimation process uses special heat-sensitive dyes to print graphics, text and virtually any image onto special transfer paper. The paper is then placed on the pre-cut fabric pattern and both are placed into a heat press.


When the heating cycle is completed, the image on the paper has been transferred to the item and has actually reformed into or underneath the surface. Run your finger across the surface of a sublimated garment and you will feel nothing but the fabric.


Dye sublimation is always done on a polyester, polymer, or polymer-coated item, in the case of team uniforms 100% polyester garments. At high temperature, the solid dye vaporizes into a gas without ever becoming a liquid.  The same high temperature opens the pores of the polyester fabric and allows the dye vapor to enter. When the temperature cools, the pores close and the gas reverts to a solid state trapping the dye into the fiber of the fabric.  It has now become a permanent part of the fabric. 


Q. Do you do custom tees, hats, etc? 

   A. We can brand a number of products such as hats, t-shirts, polo’s, socks etc. with your team’s logo on it. Just speak with an A-Line Athletics Team Sales Specialist and they can get you what you need. 


Q. Can I return or exchange my customized product? 

   A. Customized product can only be returned if that product is defective. Be sure to verify any sizing, number selection and spelling prior to submitting a customization order. 


Q. Do you have logos that I can choose from? 

   A. A-Line Athletics does not offer stock logo’s, but if your team needs a logo we can certainly have our graphic design team work up a logo for you!


Q. Is there a set up fee for me to send you a custom logo? 

   A. No.


Q. What are my payment options?

   A. We accept all major credit cards. On custom orders you may also pay by check. We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.


Q. Will my credit card be charged immediately?

   A. Yes.


Q. Can anyone help me with paying for my order on the website?

   A. Yes. Please email us at and request help from an associate to help place your order online. One of our sales associates will contact you within 24hrs to assist you with your online purchase.


Q. When will my order ship?

   A. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being completed production


Q. Can I see what my uniforms will look like before they are printed?

   A. Of course! After every order is placed and the artwork has been selected, we will send you a digital proof what the art will look like on the apparel. Once you give the ok, they will printed.


Q. If I need to make a really large order, can A-Line Apparel handle something of that size?

   A. Not a problem. If you're a program director looking to make a large uniform order for example, we have the ability, the manpower to deliver the order. Our largest uniform order to date was for 5000+ pieces.
